Job summary

Modine in Virginia is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the chiller manufacturing facility. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safe, efficient production and continuous improvement while developing a high-performing team.

You will coordinate cross-functional work with engineering and maintenance, implement lean processes, monitor KPIs, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery, supporting Modine's commitment to engineering a cleaner world.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent leadership experience.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Familiarity with chiller systems and HVAC components is a plus.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with hands-on approach to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production schedules to meet output targets and customer requirements.
