Position Overview

We are hiring a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to oversee production activities, monitor safety, staffing, scheduling, mentoring, and problem-solving.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees
• Maintain a safe work environment, ensure zero injuries, identify near misses, complete safety audits
• Manage schedules, overtime, and shift changes
• Ensure procedural compliance and plant cleanliness
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives, reduce scrap
• Assign work, coordinate with programmers and maintenance, monitor cycle times and quality
• Participate in training to learn new technologies
• Handle administrative tasks such as attendance, logs, scrap entry, shift communication
• Evaluate employee performance
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years manufacturing experience, preferably in foundry
• Lean Manufacturing experience, continuous improvement mindset
• Multi-tasking and time management skills
• Knowledge of job operations, safety, quality, and changeovers
• Interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Onsite presence for meetings and collaboration
