Job Summary

The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring their team follows all safety and organizational procedures, performs well, and receives feedback for continuous improvement. They will organize, plan, delegate tasks, set targets, and provide guidance.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and on-time delivery, address production challenges, and communicate issues to managers.
• Manage workflow with the production team, clarifying responsibilities and tasks.
• Set performance goals and deadlines.
• Monitor productivity, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback, mentorship, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Handle employee complaints, maintain records, and enforce safety guidelines.
• Provide health and safety training, apply first aid, and ensure PPE compliance.
• Complete accident reports and assist with employee development, discipline, and training oversight.
• Conduct performance reviews and ensure product quality standards are met.
• Review production reports, communicate daily requirements, and ensure work instructions are followed.
• Lead corrective actions, assist HR with attendance and scheduling, and promote a harassment-free work environment.
• Adhere to quality and environmental policies.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years leadership/supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in Plastic Moulding is preferred.

Salary: $75,000 per year
