Position Responsibilities:

• Monitor the production process, perform periodic checks, and adjust equipment or work practices as needed.

• Lead daily and weekly review processes to track progress and reinforce action plans in coordination with the Production Manager.

• Manage daily activities, including team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, and oversee daily labor OPEX budgets.

• Utilize Lean tools to implement process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations.

• Develop a maintenance-centered organizational structure that prioritizes equipment uptime and gathers operator feedback.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of related experience, or 1-2+ years of supervisory experience, or a High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6+ years of specific experience and 3+ years of related experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree
