Position Responsibilities:
Monitor the production process, perform periodic checks, and adjust equipment or work practices as needed.
Lead daily and weekly review processes to track progress and reinforce action plans in coordination with the Production Manager.
Manage daily activities, including team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, and oversee daily labor OPEX budgets.
Utilize Lean tools to implement process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations.
Develop a maintenance-centered organizational structure that prioritizes equipment uptime and gathers operator feedback.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of related experience, or 1-2+ years of supervisory experience, or a High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6+ years of specific experience and 3+ years of related experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree
