Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company Davenport Plant is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations under the Production Manager. You will supervise production staff, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across your shift.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, monitoring performance, maintaining records, and collaborating with management to resolve issues and meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Experience in manufacturing or production supervision
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety and quality regulations
• Union environment experience in a management/supervisory role is preferred

The Production Supervisor is a member of the plant leadership team and plays a key role in providing management and leadership to deliver business results and operational improvements. Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift.

Key Responsibilities

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
