Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all associates.
• Oversee daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and lean initiatives to reduce waste and drive efficiency.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Report production status and collaborate with maintenance and QA teams.
