    What We're Looking For\<\/h3\> \

    • Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing, blending, chemical processing, or industrial production environment\<\/li\> \
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills\<\/li\> \
    • Experience with process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or operational excellence initiatives\<\/li\> \
    • Ability to motivate teams, hold employees accountable, and build strong working relationships\<\/li\> \
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems\<\/li\> \
    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills\<\/li\> \
    • Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred\<\/li\> \<\/ul\> \
