• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing, blending, chemical processing, or industrial production environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or operational excellence initiatives
• Ability to motivate teams, hold employees accountable, and build strong working relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred
