Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing or blending team.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Lean or process-improvement initiatives.

• Experience with production reporting systems.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production personnel to achieve daily output and quality goals.
• Coordinate blending, material movement, tank operations, and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor product quality and ensure safety and regulatory standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees while fostering a positive team culture.
• Maintain production records, monitor inventory flow, and optimize storage utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure compliance across the team.
• Partner with leadership to resolve production challenges and support plant objectives.
