Perdue Farms is hiring a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift to join our RTE team in Concord, NC. This role supervises production associates to meet production and quality standards in a safe, efficient, and effective manner, fostering positive working relationships within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train, direct, and develop staff to meet operational, safety, and quality standards.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with customer requirements.
• Create a positive environment to retain associates.
• Administer company policies and procedures consistently.
• Support company goals through planning, communication, and coaching.
• Implement improvements to increase efficiency, safety, and quality scores.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field.
• 0-3 years of work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry procedures like HACCP, SPC.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication and customer orientation skills.
• Willingness to travel to other facilities as needed.

Physical and Environmental Factors:

• Lifting light equipment and accessing files or supplies.
• Exposure to wet, humid, and noisy environments typical of a processing plant.
• Ability to wear protective gear and follow safety protocols.
