As a Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting the manufacturing and processing teams. Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Pay Range: $75,000 - $92,000
What's the Job?
- Organize and direct work on the processing floor to ensure production schedules are met efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and cleanliness protocols to protect consumer health and company reputation.
- Monitor quality checks and implement improvements to meet quality goals and reduce risks.
- Lead and support hourly associates in safety, risk management, and operational activities to foster a safe and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with management to develop training plans and support continuous process and product improvements.
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred.
- Three to five years of related experience with progressive supervisory responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with loud noise levels and refrigerated conditions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
