What's Needed

• High School diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
• Three to five years of related experience with progressive supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment near moving mechanical parts and in refrigerated and freezing conditions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
