Kids for the Future is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee our 2nd shift manufacturing operations. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate assembly line workflow, and mentor staff to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations on 2nd Shift (2-10:30 pm).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory environments, with expertise in managing personnel. assembly lines and ensuring efficient production processes. This role requires knowledge of assembly lines and ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Duties
  • Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.Manage and coordinate the workflow on the assembly line, optimizing efficiency and productivity.Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.Maintain accurate production records and reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.Ensure proper use of equipment among team members for safe operations.Collaborate with management to budget annual departmental expenses.Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience
  • Associates Degree preferred.Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) in a supervisory role within a manufacturing facility or factory setting is essential.Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is highly desirable.Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate forklifts and other production equipment safely.Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and drive performance improvements in a fast-paced environment.Experience with ISO and IATF regulations a plus!

The pay range provided represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications, while maintaining fairness with internal pay structures. We ensure compliance with all applicable wage and hour laws, including those related to minimum pay requirements.
