Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate work for 25 2nd shift production personnel to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and promote a strong safety-first culture.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently achieved.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement.
• Manage staffing levels, schedules, and employee attendance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and logistics.
• Track and report key performance metrics such as productivity, scrap, and downtime.
• Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
