Job summary

Victaulic in Easton, PA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead multiple production lines on 2nd or 3rd shift. You will direct a team of 15–30 associates, ensuring safe, high-quality output on schedule while coordinating with quality, maintenance and engineering teams for real-time issue resolution.

You will drive continuous improvement, uphold OSHA and company safety rules, and manage staffing, training and area performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in Foundry/Manufacturing operations.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Six Sigma/Lean is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety rules, regulations and policies are understood and followed.
• Coordinate scheduling, safety meetings, toolbox talks and trainings.
• Investigate accidents and near misses; implement root-cause actions.
• Oversee operations on the assigned shift and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise hourly personnel and ensure area alignment across shifts.
• Maintain 5-S housekeeping and equipment readiness; ensure product quality.
