Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college preferred.
• Minimum five years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly personnel within the Paint Department and maintain safety, quality and production results.
• Coordinate with the Production Superintendent to meet the production plan and staff needs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools and 5S standards.
