Victaulic Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead safety, quality, and efficiency on the factory floor across the assigned shift and area. You will translate priorities into action, hold the hourly workforce accountable, and ensure every shift runs with discipline and purpose.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to read people and situations effectively.
• Ability to build trust with the team while maintaining accountability.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional demeanor.
• Proven reliability and excellent time management.
• Physically and mentally capable of a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on approach with ability to quickly learn and use tools/equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to translate operational direction into actionable results.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership — champion a safe working environment; conduct safety meetings and training; investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Quality & Process Control — ensure high-quality output and adherence to processes; address out-of-control processes.
• People Management — supervise, direct, and hold the team accountable for area results.
• Operational Oversight — manage all operational aspects of the area and shift; monitor equipment and housekeeping; complete reports.
• Continuous Improvement — lead process improvement projects and training; drive efficiency and excellence.
• Shift Continuity — communicate area status and priorities to oncoming supervisors.
