• High School Diploma preferred, college preferred.
• Minimum five years inFoundry/manufacturing operations.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance of multiple production lines on 2nd/3rd shift.
• Lead a team of 15–30 associates to deliver safe, high-quality output on schedule.
• Coordinate area resources and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety compliance and complete safety training and reports.
• Complete daily production, downtime and attendance reports.
