Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor in Alburtis, PA to lead multiple production lines and a 15–30 person team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will partner with quality, maintenance and engineering to maintain safe, high-quality output on schedule.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in foundry/manufacturing operations, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement while upholding site safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in Foundry/Manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management preferred.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends or other shifts if required.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance of multiple production lines on 3rd shift.
• Lead a team of 15–30 associates to deliver safe, high‑quality output on schedule.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve issues in real time.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
