Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production and operating workers.

• Review operations and resolve production/process problems with technical/administrative staff.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems; analyze production data.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff; resolve personnel issues.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
