Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities in Holland, MI. You will supervise hourly team members, coordinate staffing and schedules, and ensure safe, high-quality operations while meeting performance targets.

You will partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Safety to resolve issues, drive process improvements, and maintain a positive work environment. On-site, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hourly production staff in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and SOP adherence.
• Ability to analyze production data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Plan work schedules, assignments, and resource allocation based on production requirements.
• Review schedules, work orders, and reports to determine production needs.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee processes and equipment to detect defects or issues affecting output.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Observe equipment and address maintenance or performance concerns.
