Kelly Services is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead on-site operations in Saginaw, Michigan. The role focuses on improving production methods, equipment performance, and product quality while ensuring efficient processes and accurate reporting.

You will coordinate with technical and administrative staff to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and an associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recommend measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
