Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree.
• 0–2 years related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports; inspect product for defects.
• Maintain GMP and food safety standards at all times.
• Keep production areas clean; manage raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor line issues and provide relief coverage when needed.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance; work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
