ImageFIRST is seeking a Warehouse/Plant Production Manager in Weslaco, Texas to lead production operations within our healthcare linen service. You will supervise Production Associates, set standards, schedule output, and drive quality assurance to meet customer requirements.

The role emphasizes safety, OSHA compliance, cost control, and team development. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of leadership in warehouse or plant settings, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), bilingual

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years warehouse or plant management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with PC applications; Excel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Production Associates and production standards.
• Oversee production schedule delivering required products.
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program meeting customer requirements.
• Manage product control program to minimize loss (e.g., load-out, audits).
• Lead Safety & Health Program and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain high associate approval rating.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Production Associates
• Manage production standards
• Manage production schedule that delivers required products
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements
• Manage product control program to minimize loss:
  • Clean return audits
  • Load-out management
• Manage Safety & Health Program:
  • Ensure full compliance with all OSHA regulations
• Maintain high associate approval rating

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills
• Computer literate, general PC applications; Excel a plus
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
• Healthcare industry a plus
