ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists, a national linen rental and laundry service for healthcare, is seeking a warehouse/plant manager to lead production associates and uphold quality and safety standards. You will schedule production, implement QA processes, and drive loss minimization while ensuring excellent team leadership and customer service in a healthcare-focused environment.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills.
• Healthcare industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Production Associates and production standards.
• Oversee production schedule delivering required products.
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program meeting customer requirements.
• Oversee product control to minimize loss (clean return audits, load-out).
• Manage Safety & Health Program; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain high associate approval ratings.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Production Associates
• Manage production standards
• Manage production schedule that delivers required products
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements
• Manage product control program to minimize loss:
  • Clean return audits
  • Load-out management
• Manage Safety & Health Program:
  • Ensure full compliance with all OSHA regulations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
