Job summary

ImageFIRST, a national linen rental and laundry service for healthcare, is seeking a production/warehouse manager to lead production teams and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery at our Weslaco facility.

You will drive scheduling, QA initiatives, and loss prevention while upholding our collaboration-focused culture and commitment to excellent service in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Associates and manage production standards.
• Coordinate production schedules to meet delivery needs.
• Establish and run a Quality Assurance program aligned with customer requirements.
• Maintain product control programs to minimize loss, including audits of returns and load-out.
• Oversee Safety & Health programs ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Production Associates
• Manage production standards
• Manage production schedule that delivers required products
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements
• Manage product control program to minimize loss

  • Load-out management
• Manage Safety & Health Program
  • Ensure full compliance with all OSHA regulations
• Maintain high associate approval rating

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
