Job summary

ImageFIRST in Gardena, CA seeks a qualified warehouse/plant manager to lead Production Associates and maintain production standards. You will schedule workflows, oversee QA programs, ensure OSHA compliance, and drive safety and high associate engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Production Associates
• Manage production standards
• Manage production schedule that delivers required products
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
• Healthcare industry a plus
