Job description

Prinsco has an exciting opportunity for a results driven Production Supervisor on 3rd Shift (11:00PM-7:00AM). In addition, we offer a 401k that is matched up to 5% deferred and 100% vested immediately upon participation.

This exciting opportunity includes the following duties:

1. Supervise production team members and projects.
2. Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to develop our team to its fullest potential.
3. Be a safety role model and exercise strong leadership to focus plant efforts on priorities & continuous improvements in the manufacturing process.

1. High School Diploma required with a minimum of two years of production experience required. 2 year degree and/or supervisory experience preferred.
2. In-depth experience with quality processes, inventory management & continuous improvement methodologies.
3. Highly organized/detail-oriented with strong influencing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
