What You'll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you will work closely with plant leadership to oversee daily manufacturing activities and help ensure production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship while learning all facets of production leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Support daily production operations and workflow on the manufacturing floor
• Coordinate with production team members to meet output and quality goals
• Monitor production schedules and assist in keeping operations on track
• Help maintain a safe working environment and promote safety best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
• Partner with quality, maintenance, and operations teams to resolve production issues

Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment required
• Strong desire to learn and develop leadership skills

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's Degree, Bachelors Degree or technical training is a plus, but not required
