Job summary

Ace Precision Inc is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and develop a manufacturing team on our busy production floor in Wisconsin. You will coach employees, optimize processes, and ensure safe, efficient operations that meet quality standards.

You’ll partner with supervision and Production Control to maintain workflow and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in manufacturing or related field with 3+ years of supervisory experience and strong MS

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field with 3+ years supervisory experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to interpret drawings, routings, and specifications

Responsibilities

• Motivate, develop, and direct an engaged production team
• Identify developmental needs and coach employees to grow skills and confidence
• Monitor production activities for quality, housekeeping, and safety compliance
• Verify finished products using inspection tools
• Interpret complex drawings, routings, and specs
• Plan efficiency by analyzing work orders and production schedules
• Collaborate with other supervisors to streamline processes and boost productivity
• Coordinate with Production Control to schedule work and manage workflow between shifts
• Contribute manufacturing knowledge to drive continuous improvement

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Motivate, develop, and direct an engaged team of production employees

• Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality, housekeeping, and safety standards
• Verify finished products using inspection tools including bore gages, rail gages, and micrometers
• Interpret complex drawings, routings, and specifications
• Analyze work orders and production schedules to plan for efficiency and achieve daily goals
• Work closely with other supervisors and management to streamline processes and boost overall productivity
• Partner with Production Control to schedule work, manage assignments, and maintain workflow between shifts
• Bring your knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field, with minimum three years of supervisory or lead experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential.
