Production Supervisor – Manufacturing

We are a leading manufacturer seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to oversee shift operations. This hands‑on role ensures safety, quality, productivity, and team development in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise hourly production staff, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with OSHA and company procedures.
• Enforce quality standards, SOPs, and process controls.
• Manage daily schedules, workflow, and Lean initiatives (5S, visual management).
• Train, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
• Maintain employee timekeeping, attendance, and adherence to policies.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years in a leadership role (e.g., Team Lead, Supervisor).
