Job summary

What will you be doing?

• Lead, train, assign, and direct 2nd shift production employees Stay actively involved in day-to-day production

• Hold employees accountable for safety, attendance, performance, quality, and workplace policies
• Monitor production goals, workflow, downtime, and shift performance
• Troubleshoot basic production and equipment issues
• Work alongside the production team when needed

What do you bring?

• Manufacturing or production experience
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Lead, Production Lead, Lead Operator, or similar role is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable holding employees accountable and having difficult but respectful conversations
• Willing to lead from the production floor and work alongside the team.
