Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is assisting a Northeast Alabama meat processing facility in recruiting a Production Supervisor for the first shift. This hands-on leader will oversee 20 nonunion associates and drive safety, quality, and throughput in a fast-paced operation.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), with experience in meat processing or food manufacturing and a proven ability to motivate teams.

This position will oversee 20 nonunion associates and lead the operation. They are looking for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment. They are looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to join their team and help drive excellence, safety, and efficiency in their meat processing operations.
