Job summary

Enbi Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to partner with the Manufacturing Manager on day-to-day manufacturing activities across shifts. The role oversees all production floor staff, including team leads and operators, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, training, machinery support, and cross-department coordination to meet customer demand. A strong emphasis on safe, efficient operations and staff accountability is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read & write in English.
• Detail-oriented, with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with production terminology and workflow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery commitments.
• Supply plant metrics data to Manufacturing Manager.
• 5 Phase training control; manage training for all new hires.
• Support operation of production machinery; troubleshoot when needed.
• Collaborate with Team Leads to develop operators.
• Audit operators and production lines to ensure SWI’s are being followed.
• Monitor PDE transactions, ensuring accuracy.
• Track and order supplies for the manufacturing floor.
• Assist Manufacturing Manager in driving improvements and initiatives.
• Assist with delivery on the production plan, monitoring planned versus actual.
• Coordinate scheduling, forecasting, and purchasing with other departments.
• Assist with handling work orders and occasionally operate machinery.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; promote safety.
• Collaborate with HR on employee accountability.

The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will work with the Manufacturing Manager on the day-to-day manufacturing related activities for all shifts. This position will help support a safe, positive, results oriented work environment that is focused on quality, safety, and on time delivery. The Production Supervisor will oversee all employees on the production floor, including the team leads and operators.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the management of the production schedules to meet customer demand & delivery commitments.
• Supply plant metrics data to Manufacturing Manager.
• 5 Phase training control; manage training process for all new hires.
• Support the operation of production machinery, troubleshooting when needed.
• Work closely with production Team Leads to ensure training and development of the operators.
• Audit operators and production lines to ensure SWI’s are being followed.
• Monitor PDE transactions, ensuring accuracy.
• Assist in tracking and ordering supplies for the manufacturing floor.

• Jump in and operate machinery when needed.

• Other duties as assigned by manager.
