Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a hands-on Plant Supervisor to lead daily cement manufacturing activities at our Mason City facility. You will drive safe, efficient operations, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues.

Work Environment

This role is based in a cement manufacturing facility and involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments. The position requires walking, climbing, and exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels. Safety equipment and protocols are strictly followed.
