Job summary

Lehigh Hanson Inc. is seeking a dedicated production supervisor for our cement facility in Iowa. The role focuses on leading daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency, and driving continuous improvements across plant performance.

You will collaborate with maintenance and quality teams, coach staff, and uphold EH&S standards in a dynamic, outdoor/indoor work environment. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential to succeed.
