Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a hands-on leader to drive daily cement production with safety, quality, and environmental goals in mind. You will coordinate resources, monitor processes, and push for reliability and efficiency across the plant.

You will coach teams, foster accountability, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and leadership to meet business targets in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of production operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement practices.

Ability to analyze operational data, prioritize work, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.

Effective communication and collaboration skills with a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Proven capability to drive results, manage competing priorities, and support a positive workplace culture.

Primarily based in a cement manufacturing facility with regular exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.

Requires routine walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.

May require occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency response support to maintain operational continuity.

Must be able to obtain an ATF Certification.
