LHH is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise multiple production lines, coach staff, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in steel punching, roll forming, welding, dip or powder coating/paint lines, automated or manual packaging operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across multiple manufacturing and production lines.
• Lead, coach, and support production employees to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitor workflow and production schedules to ensure on-time completion of customer orders.
• Assist with production inspections and verify compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate equipment maintenance as needed.
• Perform or support routine preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while enforcing company safety policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The anticipated salary for this role is between $78,000 and $85,000 a year.
