Job summary

LHH is seeking a Production Supervisor in the Frederick, MD area to lead daily operations in a fast-paced production environment. The role focuses on safety, quality, and productivity while motivating teams and driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily activities, manage schedules, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to meet objectives. Base salary ranges are offered with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven ability to motivate, engage, and develop production teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing production schedules and meeting operational targets.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process optimization methodologies is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
