Job summary

FRSTeam by Brown's Cleaners in Hayward, CA is seeking a Production Manager to oversee inventory, production labor, and process quality in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

You will hire, discipline, and support staff development, manage scheduling, and coordinate with leadership to ensure timely deliveries. Compensation is $23.50–$28.50 per hour with benefits; growth opportunities and a friendly, family environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 3 years of managerial/supervisor/warehouse experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record preferred.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office Suite.
• Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory, emergency orders, and quality control
• Manage people resources, storage, supplies, equipment maintenance, plant organization, vehicle maintenance
• Supervise production labor
• Support the professional growth and development of staff
• Responsible for hiring, disciplining, and terminating employees
• Review, follow-up billings and handle customer escalations
• Reports directly to VP
• Additional reasonable duties as assigned

Job hours are typically Monday – Friday, 7:00 am-4:30 pm, overtime may be available daily and some Saturdays.
