Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor for onsite operations in Grand Prairie, TX. The temporary to direct role offers a night shift (11pm-5am) with a $35-36/hour compensation and a Monday–Friday schedule, 40 hours weekly.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of manufacturing supervision and hands-on experience with SAP, Dayforce, or Workday, plus a HS Diploma or GED. You will lead production, ensure material availability, and drive continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of manufacturing supervisor experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of SAP, Dayforce, or Workday experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives to reduce production errors, improve quality, and increase productivity.
• Adhere to the production schedule by assigning personnel, monitoring workflow, resolving production constraints, and reporting shift results.
• Plan, oversee, and document employee training and development.
• Partner with Purchasing, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate production flow between manufacturing and shipping operations.
• Serve as the liaison between Purchasing and Planning.
• Support performance measurement and documentation of manufacturing processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support digitalization efforts by implementing Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays, Performance/Status Dashboards, and other connected manufacturing tools.
• Manage production floor inventory to support manufacturing operations.
