Job summary

LeanTeq Co., Ltd. in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor to monitor and troubleshoot production processes, improve safety and efficiency, and train new employees.

Responsibilities

  • Trains and develops production staff regarding policies, procedures, and related responsibilities; ensures certification for new employees is completed in a timely manner.
  • Schedules workforce to support production needs, ensuring efficient production processes and allowing team members to leverage downtime for other activities or training.
  • Works closely with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Customer Service to execute the operating plan.
  • Participates in leadership training to build on knowledge and management skills.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Overview Of Position

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Education

Experience

Pay: $80K - $85K

This job equally operates in a production and professional office environment, which may involve wet or humid conditions, extreme cold and heat, and work near moving mechanical parts or equipment. Noise levels are typically moderate. The role requires regular lifting or moving up to 30 pounds and involves standing, walking, talking, and speaking close to other employees, with occasional non‑standard hours including nights, weekends, and possible holidays. Physical requirements also include extended periods of sitting and computer use, as well as visual abilities such as close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
