Job summary

Acara Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician located in Phoenix, AZ.

This Temp to Perm role offers a pay range of $21.00–$23.10 per hour with shift differentials and a schedule that starts Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM for four weeks before transitioning to a 12-hour compressed production schedule with day and night shifts available. The candidate will learn and apply manufacturing processes, perform routine maintenance, assist with AMHS installation and testing, and support AMHS

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
  • Fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
  • Exhibit typing skills of at least 35 wpm.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply manufacturing and engineering processes while adhering to established procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to support consistent production quality.
  • Assist with installation and qualification testing of automated material handling systems (AMHS).
  • Monitor and support the performance of AMHS equipment in a cleanroom environment.
  • Safely transport materials manually when required.

Job Requirements
What You’ll Bring:

What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related industry
  • Experience working with automated material handling systems
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, mechanical, or maintenance environment
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete required documentation accurately
  • Availability to work compressed schedules, including day or night shifts
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment with required PPE (coveralls, hood, boots, gloves, and eye protection)
  • Ability to remain on your feet and perform job duties for extended periods
Additional Info:
Minimum Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs., including overhead reaching
  • Ability to perform overhead work for extended periods
  • Ability to work in confined spaces when required
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Employment is contingent upon successful background check and drug screeningOvertime may be required based on production need
  • Must be able to meet physical lifting requirements
