Job summary

Acara Solutions in Phoenix is seeking a Production Planner / Master Scheduler I to support planning, scheduling, and material coordination in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Logistics, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Scheduling, or Spares Operations.
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating material availability, inventory management, production schedules, or customer fulfillment requirements.
  • 1+ years of experience using SAP, ERP, MRP, or related planning systems.
  • 1+ years of experience performing inventory control, material management, expediting, or order fulfillment activities.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Expedite critical materials to ensure uninterrupted support for customer and production requirements.
  • Monitor open sales orders, forecast schedules, stock inventory, and material availability.
  • Maintain inventory records and material control data while researching and resolving discrepancies.
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor products throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Coordinate material availability with production schedules to support on-time delivery.
  • Participate in shipment status meetings and follow up on commitments to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Production, and Operations teams to support planning activities.
  • Help resolve material shortages, schedule interruptions, backlog issues, and production constraints.
  • Support master scheduling activities and ensure compliance with material requirements.

About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a Production Planner / Master Scheduler I to support critical planning, scheduling, and material coordination activities within a fast-paced operations environment. In this role, you'll help ensure the timely flow of materials, monitor production schedules, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support customer commitments by balancing inventory, demand, and production requirements.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Bring:

Additional Information:
