Job summary

Aleron is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for an onsite, Grand Prairie, TX role that is temporary to direct. You will lead production scheduling, material flow, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time fulfillment. Schedule is M-F, 40 hours, with 3pm-12:30am shift and OT as needed.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of warehouse supervision, a HS Diploma or GED, and 4+ years of SAP experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of warehouse supervisor experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production schedules based on customer orders, capacity, inventory, backlogs, material availability, staffing and cycle times.
• Complete and maintain production orders and required production documentation.
• Release and coordinate materials to ensure on-time production.
• Monitor and adjust production sequences to maximize efficiency and resource use.
• Track production progress and update completion reports in the system.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare production schedules based on:
  • Customer orders
  • Production capacity
  • Inventory levels
  • Production and delivery backlogs
  • Material availability
  • Staffing resources
  • Cycle times
  • Material lead times
• Complete and maintain production orders and required production documentation.
• Release and coordinate materials, supplies, and operating materials to ensure on-time production.
• Monitor and adjust production sequences to maximize efficiency and resource utilization.
• Track production progress and update completion reports within the system.
• Coordinate material movement between production departments to support uninterrupted production.
• Communicate effectively with production, logistics, procurement, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support an efficient end-to-end logistics and production process.

Job Requirements
