Job summary

Ace Precision Inc in Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and develop a motivated production team, ensuring top-quality output and adherence to safety standards.

You will coach employees, optimize processes, and manage daily production plans to meet schedules while sustaining a safe, organized manufacturing floor. Prior supervisory experience and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field, with minimum three years of supervisory or lead experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, develop, and direct an engaged team of production employees.
• Identify developmental needs and help employees grow their skills, knowledge, and confidence.
• Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality, housekeeping, and safety standards.
• Verify finished products using inspection tools including bore gauges, rail gauges, and micrometers.
• Interpret complex drawings, routings, and specifications.
• Analyze work orders and production schedules to plan for efficiency and achieve daily goals.
• Work closely with other supervisors and management to streamline processes and boost overall productivity.
• Partner with Production Control to schedule work, manage assignments, and maintain workflow between shifts.

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field, with minimum three years of supervisory or lead experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential
