Job summary

• Strong understanding of scheduling, workflow management, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Lead and develop production teams; monitor performance and key metrics.
• Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance to resolve operational challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support training and scheduling.
• Maintain production records and foster a safe, collaborative environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business/operations/manufacturing/engineering

5+ years of manufacturing/production/operations experience
