What you’ll do

1. Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
2. Manage personnel including scheduling work hours, timekeeping, and all regulatory compliance related to wage and hour regulations.
3. Supervise and perform production activities to ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed all established quality requirements, including product integrity and production order documentation.
4. Direct personnel actions, employee selection, training, performance appraisal, discipline, coaching, development, and safety issues.
5. Embrace our vision and values.
6. Determine manufacturing priorities based on established production schedules and assign duties to personnel.
7. Communicate and enforce objectives, manufacturing procedures, and efficiencies.
8. Perform incident investigations.
9. Support safety policies and environmental responsibilities, including reporting, investigations, and analysis, while aiding in the implementation of safety programs as needed.
10. Maintain good housekeeping objectives (5S).
11. Direct special projects and problem-solving as required.
12. Target productivity metrics and accountability.
