Based in the Denver area, we are a medical device company at the forefront of leading-edge technologies, seeking a Production Supervisor (weekend shift) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high product quality.

Friday to Sunday, 12-hour shifts from 6am to 6:30pm

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily production operations, ensuring timely completion and high standards.
2. Implement and adjust production plans to meet company goals.
3. Ensure compliance with EH&S regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.
4. Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a positive environment.
5. Collaborate with quality control to meet product standards.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency.
7. Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and logistics departments.

Qualifications
