Your Mission:

Responsible for directing the department workforce to maximize product quality, production yields, productivity, and maintaining a safe workplace in accordance with regulations and company policies.

What You'll Do:

• Adhere to all safety and quality standards (GMPs, FDA, OSHA).
• Monitor daily line performance and implement improvements to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop colleagues for performance and growth.
• Participate in meetings and inspections; investigate deviations and issue corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company rules, policies, and safety regulations.
• Administer disciplinary actions with HR approval for violations or poor performance.
• Manage time clock systems, schedules, and employee time off.
• Conduct staff meetings on safety and performance.
• Ensure accurate completion of manufacturing documents.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Support company growth through skill development.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/packaging.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Mentoring and training skills.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GMPs, Quality Control, FDA, OSHA.

Where You'll Work:

• Position may require standing, lifting (over 50 pounds), and moving in difficult positions.
• Travel as needed, adhering to travel policies.
